At Shearedge we will service your shears to factory specifications. Our Master technician has been trained using the latest sharpening techniques. Service includes alignment, small repairs such as bumper replacement and balancing of the blades with the proper tension. Service also features Anti Push edge work to keep the hair from sliding on the blade.
Shears are serviced and shipped within 1-2 business days upon arrival to our office and are shipped via USPS back to you. If you provide your email address, you will receive a tracking number via email once your shears are shipped back to you. Return shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for US customers (see below). In order to get your shears serviced by Shearedge, please refer to the following steps.
Print and complete the sharpening form. Any requests or additional comments must be written on the form. (If you cannot print this form, please write all of the required information on any blank piece of paper.)
Enclose your shears in a protective package or envelope. You can use bubble wrap or paper towels to wrap around the shear for protection during shipping. PLEASE NO LARGE SCISSOR CASES.
